The rapid pace of development and qualitative changes in technology and technology, information society, processes of globalization and the expansion of communication capabilities require a person to continuously update and modernize knowledge, improve their own skills and competences, respond quickly to the needs and calls of the economic system and public relations. However, the problem of uninterrupted education is much wider, because it provides opportunities not only for the capitalization of human potential, but also creates conditions for the development of cities, territories and even countries.<\/p>\n

For the state – this is a sphere of social policy; for a society – a condition for the reproduction and development of the country’s professional and cultural potential. For a world society, it is a way of solving global problems of mankind. The European Commission’s continuing education program enables people at all stages of their lives to develop the education and training sector in Europe. European education throughout life provides grants for all areas of education and training. It provides organizations, employees and students involved in learning opportunities to work together, learn from each other’s experiences and share experiences from other countries. Consequently, Europe already has a wealth of experience in the development and development of lifelong education programs. Moreover, it is these programs that form the basis for developing strategies for the development of European cities and countries.<\/p>\n
