Impact of Resource Provision of Enterprises on Anti-crisis Measures<\/h2>\n

Abstract. Introduction<\/strong>. The activity of modern enterprises in the Ukrainian market is accompanied by a large number of factors that negatively affect the sustainable development of enterprises. The crisis of economic relations and the decline of production in recent years put the leadership of Ukrainian enterprises before new challenges. One of such tasks is the formation and implementation of anti-crisis measures that will have the greatest economic effect.<\/p>\n

Using different types of resources in their activities enables enterprises to create a variety of goods and services. Depending on the size, specialization, customer orientation and other features of operation, each enterprise has different resources in terms of its quantitative and qualitative characteristics.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the conditions of operation, the introduction of anti-crisis measures on the activities of enterprises, in many respects, is based on adequate provision of the necessary resources. Consequently, the issue of resource provision of modern enterprises in carrying out anti-crisis measures is relevant and requires constant study.<\/p>\n

Purpose<\/strong>. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theoretical and applied aspects of the impact of resource support on the process of anti-crisis measures.<\/p>\n

Results<\/strong>. The authors analyze the existing classifications of enterprise resources and, as a result, author’s classification of existing resources of the enterprise is proposed. The authors state that irrational use of existing resources of the enterprise will necessarily lead to a disturbance in the balance of the enterprise, resulting in crises in various areas of operation of the enterprise. The authors present the main anti-crisis measures applied at the enterprises and a list of actions of the management, depending on the selected anti-crisis measures. Also information resources of the enterprise are allocated separately and the sources that form them. It is stressed that without obtaining timely, reliable information, the development and application of anti-crisis measures in real conditions of functioning is impossible.<\/p>\n

Conclusions<\/strong>. Unbalanced use of resources in its activities leads to a large number of crises in various areas of operation of enterprises. Before the leadership of modern enterprises, the question arises about the selection of such a complex of anti-crisis measures at the enterprise, which will be as effective as possible. An individual approach to changes in the activity of a specifically selected enterprise makes it possible to apply certain anti-crisis measures, using the strengths of the enterprise, resource support and relying on opportunities from the external environment.<\/p>\n
