Socio-Economic Risks of Unemployment for the Agricultural Market Infrastructure of Ukraine<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Abstract. Introduction<\/strong>. Unemployment problems cover all areas of society and the agricultural market infrastructure in particular. Unemployment, as a social and economic phenomenon that prevents a part of the population from exercising their right to work in order to receive remuneration as a source of livelihood and satisfaction of their own needs, is dangerous depending on the line of residence in the status of an unemployed person at the individual level. A significant part of workers involved in the production infrastructure sectors of the agricultural market, associated with the cultivation of crops remain socially unprotected for about 5-6 months, which is associated with the specifics of the industry. A range of dangers caused by long-term unemployment, includes depression; increased feelings of social isolation, growth of apathy, increasing of excitability and aggression; loss of experience and professional skills of people who are unemployed; mass migration due to social, economic and political aspects.<\/p>\n

Purpose<\/strong>. The purpose of this article is to analyze the dangers for the infrastructure of the agrarian market of social and economic nature; to study the socio-psychological portrait of the unemployed, taking into account the valuable orientations of the individual; to reason the ways of prevention and elimination of the unemployment dangers.<\/p>\n

Results<\/strong>. The author has defined the valuable orientations of the individual as an integral component of the socio-psychological portrait of the unemployed, which are formed under the influence of various factors, most of which are negative in nature, both for the individual and for society as a whole. Changes in the mobility of the labor force in agriculture, the size of the average monthly salary of women and men in certain types of economic activity in the dynamics, the number of economically active population of Ukraine have been analyzed. Critical thresholds, which carry direct threats related to poverty, degradation and criminalization of society, the destruction of the family institution, the fall of the economy, have been studied.<\/p>\n

Conclusions<\/strong>. Due to their social and economic status, unemployed citizens face a complex of interrelated problems. The solution of which depends not only on the socialization and integration of the individual, but also on the proper legal and regulatory protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens by the state, the number of created jobs, steadily high incomes, etc.<\/p>\n
