E-commerce as a New Format of Entrepreneurship<\/h2>\n

Abstract. Introduction<\/strong>. The consequence of influence of global information transformations on changing of life have been felt brightly at the beginning of 2000s. So, one of the most significant manifestations of informatization of society is certainly rapid development of the global network. Exactly Internet acts the platform of e-commerce which relies on high bandwidth of information channels. E-commerce can be called the relationship between economic entities that are engaged in information technology, namely using the Internet. Almost all businessmen are focusing special attention at use and development of Internet communications, that in turn leads to increasing of business results.<\/p>\n

Purpose<\/strong>. The aim of work is determination of essence and features of electronic commerce as a new direction of entrepreneurship. Main tasks are: consideration of e-commerce in the context of accelerated informatization of society, study of general situation in the e-commerce market in Ukraine and certain foreign states, comparison of individual indicators among countries.<\/p>\n

Results<\/strong>. The essence, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of functioning of e-commerce market as a new direction of trade relations between sellers and consumers of products in the conditions of modern globalization transformations are determined in the article. The basic components and types of the electronic commerce market that provide its functioning and growth are defined. Modern need to use e-commerce platform has been clarified. The SWAT analysis of electronic market is carried out. It has showed that benefits of e-commerce development are much more significant than its disadvantages. Data on volumes of e-commerce in Ukraine and in some foreign countries have been given. Probable risks of doing business on global network can be reduced by improve of providing protection of virtual transactions and by regulating the imperfections of legislative framework in this field at the country level. An expediency of further growth of Internet-business in current realities of information development of electronic market is highlighted.<\/p>\n

Conclusions<\/strong>. E-commerce systems provide new opportunities to grow and consolidate of established business, while offering a variety of tools to start your own business online. In general, growth of Ukrainian online market requires the improvement of legislation in this sphere, provision of state protection for e-commerce entities, removal of obstacles to development of international e-business and electronic market infrastructure. A prospective direction for study of e-commerce is the research of further development of the latter, both at level of the individual country and in global aspect in modern conditions of informatization of society.<\/p>\n
