IT Technologies іn Agriculture оf Ukraine: Capacity for Implementation, Characteristic

Abstract. Introduction. The stagnant objective of the development of the regional economy presupposes a sustainable and long-term economical growth.. Exploring regional specificities of innovative development demonstrates that in an open and dynamic economic system no geographical boundaries for the latest scientific and technological ideas and developments. Decentralization reform made some adjustments to the government`s system regulation and support to innovation development in the regions, but the effect will be more fully visible in the next 7-10 years. In Ukraine, there are signs that highly efficient and resource-efficient technologies are integrated into agro-industrial complexes. Not as fast as I’d like, but there’s movement. The agrarian sector has made significant progress over the past decade in the use of IT solutions. This is the introduction of precision agriculture from theory to practice. For many farmers, it is a question of resources and time spent on machinery, fuel, seeds and personnel have become a key issue. However, new technologies are not only reducing, but it also helps to achieve maximum yield per hectare. Now, of course, there are farmers who don’t want to invest.

Purpose. The main purpose is introduction modern agriculture technologies in the Ukraine via government initiative. There is this concrete way of implementation only because of so low reputation and promotion by farmers with other householders innovation in process work the land, low invests.

Results. In context behavior of our national manufacturer in the agriculture sector with natural resources that implies by itself lack investment from negotiable money or taking credit funds, no application of organic fertilizers to the soil, as well as post-harvest fires and etc., desertification trends in southern regions due to climate change and regular logging, excessive precipitation or another lack of it, our country has to start process of implantation modern technologies in agriculture that avoid irreversible effects. Growth in the welfare of the national economy and private households.

Conclusions. In these realities are so strange situation of absence some process in implementation technologies listed above, producers don`t want to have costs.
