The mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of a trade enterprise on the basis of anti-crisis management<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Abstract. Introduction<\/strong>. The issue of defining the features of creating mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of a commercial enterprise on the basis of anti-crisis management is extremely relevant and important for modern commercial enterprises. In the conditions of rapid changes in the economic, technological and socio-cultural environment, enterprises face complex challenges and risks. Ensuring sustainable development and effective crisis management is a necessary condition for their success and survival. Modern commercial markets are characterized by great uncertainty and unpredictability. Changes in consumer preferences, the competitive environment and regulation can all affect the company’s operations. Therefore, the development of an anti-crisis management mechanism becomes key in order to adapt to changes.<\/p>\n

The purpose<\/strong> of the article is to study the theoretical foundations of the substantiation of the peculiarities of the formation of a mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of a trade enterprise on the basis of anti-crisis management.<\/p>\n

The results.<\/strong> Theoretical problems of reasoning of the features of the formation of the mechanism of ensuring the sustainable development of the commercial enterprise on the basis of anti-crisis management are studied. The authors’ approaches to defining the essence of the sustainable development of a commercial enterprise are substantiated. The SWOT analysis of the formation of a mechanism of ensuring the sustainable development of a commercial enterprise on the basis of anti-crisis management was carried out. Prospects for improving the mechanism of ensuring the sustainable development of the trade enterprise on the basis of anti-crisis management have been identified.<\/p>\n

Conclusions.<\/strong> The formation of a mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of a commercial enterprise on the basis of anti-crisis management is an important and urgent issue in the conditions of an unstable business environment. In particular, the use of modern technologies and digital tools to optimize processes, track data, improve communication and increase efficiency. Integration of e-commerce, virtual platforms, automated management systems can significantly increase the competitiveness of the enterprise.<\/p>\n
