Use of international experience in the activities of Social Services of Ukraine<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract. Introduction<\/strong>. In this article we will consider the international experience of social services for comparison with Ukraine. Currently, the issue of social assistance is very relevant, because after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, a large number of socially vulnerable people appeared. The needs of each person are different, but what is clear is that help is needed. The article analyzes the use of foreign experience of social policy management in the activities of domestic organizations, where the experience of Germany and Poland was taken for comparison with the Ukrainian, namely with Kharkiv social service center \u00abDovira\u00bb of Novobavar district as an example. Due to the international experience it is possible to make a qualitative analysis of what changes and innovations the national social services need.<\/p>\n

Purpose.<\/strong> The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for improving the organization’s social policy management using modern marketing tools. This will be done by drawing on the international experience of social services that have been actively promoting this area for a long time.<\/p>\n

Results.<\/strong> The comparison showed that the Ukrainian system of providing social services is flawed. The analysis of the activities of the Ukrainian organization revealed the following main problems: lack of specialists, low awareness of the “Helpline”, and insufficient sponsorship. The elimination of these problems is very important for the further development of the services, and especially for a quick response to the clients’ needs and problems. It is necessary to engage in social development, create new institutions and more comfortable conditions, spread awareness about the existence of such organizations and particularly hotlines that are most popular in other countries.<\/p>\n

Conclusion.<\/strong> In order to be more successful, the Ukrainian social policy should be more advanced and focused on, especially during the war. The article proposed measures to solve the existing problems of the services and improve the management of social policy. Ways of finding sponsors, writing a cooperation proposal letter, and giving them possible benefits for their support by highlighting their brand in social media, which allows to improve the image of an enterprise or company, were considered.<\/p>\n
