The Role of Virtual Reality in Transforming HR Processes: Experience and Innovations<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Abstract.<\/em><\/strong> Introduction.<\/strong> In the rapidly changing modern business environment, technology plays a key role in transforming various aspects of management, particularly in human resource management. Virtual reality (VR) is becoming one of the most promising tools for effectively addressing the challenges of employee training, adaptation, and skill enhancement. This article explores the possibilities and advantages of applying VR technologies in HR processes, with a focus on the Ukrainian business context and the unique characteristics of working with Generation Z.<\/em><\/p>\n

Purpose.<\/em><\/strong> The purpose of this article is to analyze the features of applying virtual reality (VR) technologies in the field of human resource management. The study encompasses the essence, advantages, and relevance of integrating VR technologies into HR processes, particularly within the context of digital management in Ukrainian businesses.<\/em><\/p>\n

Methods.<\/em><\/strong> The research utilized methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, as well as system approach methods. Contemporary scientific studies dedicated to VR technologies and practical experiences of companies implementing these technologies in their HR processes were analyzed. Special attention was given to analyzing trends and innovations in the field of personnel management using VR.<\/em><\/p>\n

Results.<\/em><\/strong> The study showed that virtual reality technologies are one of the leading trends in HR in 2024. They significantly enhance the effectiveness of employee training and retraining by creating immersive learning environments that simulate real work situations. This, in turn, allows employees to adapt more quickly to new conditions and acquire new skills. The use of VR technologies also provides access to necessary HR information and tasks at convenient times for employees, actively implemented through self-service portals and virtual meetings.<\/em><\/p>\n

The research highlights the importance of considering the mentality of Generation Z, which prefers free movement and internet communications. VR technologies help meet these needs by creating conditions for remote work and learning.<\/em><\/p>\n

Conclusions.<\/em><\/strong> Virtual reality technologies are becoming an important tool in the field of human resource management, contributing to the efficiency of HR processes and the adaptation of employees to changes. They facilitate the creation of new roles in HR, enhance corporate culture, and improve the company’s image as an attractive employer. Prospects for further scientific research in this direction include sharing best practices in using VR technologies for retraining and upskilling personnel, as well as developing new models for utilizing these technologies in digital management.<\/em><\/p>\n
