Migration-Related Risks and Their Impact on Enterprise Economic Security under Financial Uncertainty<\/b><\/h2>\n

Abstract. Introduction<\/i><\/b>. <\/span><\/i>The current economic environment in Ukraine is characterized by high financial uncertainty and labor mobility. These factors significantly influence enterprise stability and economic security. Migration processes, particularly labor migration, create structural changes within enterprises and introduce complex risks that impact operational and financial performance. Understanding these impacts is essential for developing effective risk management strategies.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Purpose<\/i><\/b>. The study aims to identify, categorize, and analyze the risks arising from migration processes and to evaluate their influence on the financial stability, productivity, and competitiveness of enterprises under conditions of financial uncertainty.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Results<\/i><\/b>. The study demonstrates that migration processes generate a chain of risks, including increased hiring and adaptation costs, higher wages, reduced productivity due to loss of skilled workers, interrupted production cycles, and reduced investment attractiveness. The study also identified sectoral differences in the manifestation of migration-related risks. Economic-statistical scenario modeling revealed that higher migration intensity exacerbates enterprise instability and constrains long-term growth prospects. The study supports integrating risk-oriented management into the economic security system as a tool for quantitatively assessing and mitigating migration-induced risks.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Conclusions<\/i><\/b>. The findings reveal that labor migration significantly impacts enterprise economic security, increasing operational and financial vulnerabilities. Implementing risk-oriented management strategies enables enterprises to proactively adapt, optimize the allocation of human and financial resources, and enhance overall stability. These approaches promote sustainable enterprise development, the preservation of competitive advantages, and long-term resilience in volatile economic conditions.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
