Corporate Management System based on the Principles of Social Responsibility

Abstract. Introduction. In the context of economic instability, intensified competition, and increasing stakeholder expectations, enterprises face the need to reconsider traditional management models focused solely on financial performance. Sustainable development requires integrating social responsibility into the architecture of enterprise management systems as both a functional and strategic component.

Purpose. The purpose of this study is to substantiate the theoretical foundations for forming enterprise management systems based on the principles of social responsibility and to determine the key directions for their integration into strategic and operational management processes.

Results. The study systematizes scientific approaches to socially responsible management and defines social responsibility as a functional element of the enterprise management system that directly influences managerial decision-making, organizational stability, employee motivation, and stakeholder trust. The principles of socially responsible management are structured according to their functional role and grouped into value-based (ethical governance, stakeholder responsibility), managerial (employee orientation, transparency), and strategic (sustainable development) categories. The main directions of integration are identified, including the incorporation of social objectives into strategic planning, socialization of HR practices, development of internal communication systems, institutionalization of stakeholder feedback mechanisms, and inclusion of social indicators in performance evaluation systems.

Conclusions. Social responsibility is justified as an integrated component of enterprise management rather than a separate ethical initiative. Its systematic implementation strengthens corporate culture, enhances management effectiveness, increases employee engagement, and contributes to long-term organizational sustainability.
