Organization of Entrepreneurial Activity in Providing Information Services in Ukraine<\/b><\/p>\n

Abstract. Introduction. <\/i><\/b>The article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of organizing business activities in the field of providing information services in Ukraine. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that, in the context of the digital transformation of the economy, information services are becoming an important factor in the development of entrepreneurship, the formation of innovative business models, and the commercialization of intellectual resources. At the same time, the establishment and operation of such a business is accompanied by a number of organizational, legal, financial, and competitive challenges.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Purpose<\/i><\/b>. The purpose of the article is to reveal the specific features of organizing and registering a business in the field of providing information services in Ukraine, taking into account the current trends in the development of the digital economy and the legal requirements for entrepreneurial activity.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Results<\/i><\/b>. The article summarizes scientific approaches to defining the essence of information services and their role in the modern economy. It has been established that information services encompass a wide range of activities related to the creation, processing, transmission, and use of information as the main result for the consumer. The key factors for the effective provision of information services in the digital environment are analyzed, including service quality, compliance with legal regulations, professional reputation, the use of analytical tools, digital technologies, and ethical principles. The practical aspects of starting a business are outlined, in particular the procedures for state registration, the choice of a taxation system, the preparation of a business plan, copyright registration, and the attraction of grant or investment financing.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

The importance of competitive analysis as a tool for assessing the market environment, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, and forming one\u2019s own competitive strategy is substantiated.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Conclusions<\/i><\/b>. It is concluded that the successful development of business in the field of providing information services is based on the combination of strategic planning, legal awareness, the use of digital technologies, competitive analysis, and the ability to adapt to changes in the market environment. Such a comprehensive approach ensures the competitiveness, legitimacy, and long-term prospects of this type of entrepreneurial activity.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
