Digitalization of Personnel Management as a Tool for the Development Of Agricultural Enterprises<\/b><\/p>\n

Abstract. Introduction<\/i><\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/i>The agricultural sector of Ukraine operates under conditions of economic instability, labor migration, demographic shifts, and increasing global competition. In this context, effective personnel management becomes a critical factor in ensuring the sustainable development and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. Digital transformation is reshaping traditional HR practices, creating new opportunities to enhance productivity, organizational flexibility, and managerial efficiency.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Purpose<\/i><\/b>. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the role of personnel management digitalization as a strategic tool for the development of agricultural enterprises and to determine the main directions of its implementation in the context of digital transformation.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Results<\/i><\/b>. The study reveals the essence of HR digitalization and its role in transforming personnel management from an administrative function into a strategic component of enterprise development. Specific features of digital HR transformation in agricultural enterprises are identified, including seasonality of work, territorial dispersion of production, operation of specialized machinery, and varying levels of digital competencies among employees.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

The current state of HR digitalization in the agricultural sector of Ukraine is analyzed, and key barriers to its implementation are identified, such as limited financial resources, insufficient digital skills of employees, underdeveloped IT infrastructure, and resistance to organizational change. The main directions of digital HR development are systematized, including the formation of a digital workforce, the creation of a digital workplace, and the implementation of digital management.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

The study substantiates the effectiveness of HRM and ERP systems for automating personnel processes, integrating HR management with production and financial processes, and improving transparency in decision-making. Modern digital HR systems are characterized, and their functional capabilities for agricultural enterprises are outlined.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

In addition, tools for developing the digital potential of personnel are proposed, including online training, corporate educational programs, HR analytics, and the integration of digital solutions into production processes. The results confirm that the implementation of digital HR technologies contributes to increased labor productivity, reduced administrative costs, improved internal communication, and strengthened competitiveness of agricultural enterprises.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Conclusions<\/i><\/b> Digitalization of personnel management is a strategic tool for the development of agricultural enterprises. The integration of digital HR technologies enables the effective use of human capital, enhances operational efficiency, and supports sustainable development in the context of digital transformation.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
