ASSESSMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT OF INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP<\/strong><\/p>\n

The article presents methodical instruments of assessment of infrastructure support of innovative entrepreneurship. It is established that in modern conditions the predominant form of economy is innovation, which is a substantive application of innovations and inventions. The decisive role in these processes is associated with the entrepreneur-innovator, the activity of which gives rise to the concept of innovative entrepreneurship is a specific phenomenon of the knowledge society. Identified that the effective development of innovative entrepreneurship is possible with the proper risk management that largely depends on the completeness of infrastructure support because the latter gives the possibility to diversify and spread risks, provide horizontal and vertical linkages among actors of the innovation process. The proposed support infrastructure for innovative entrepreneurship to carry out on micro, meso and macro levels for the subsystems infrastructure (financial, industrial-technological, information consulting, personnel) based on specific criteria. Determined that promoting the development of infrastructure support of innovative entrepreneurship should be one of the main issues of innovation policy at national and regional levels.<\/em><\/p>\n
