Детермінанти формування антикризового потенціалу економічного розвитку в інтегровано-безпечній системі функціонування сільгосппідприємств

Анотація. У статті розглянуто детермінанти антикризового потенціалу економічного розвитку в інтегровано-безпечній системі функціонування сільгосппідприємств. Обґрунтовано вартісно-орієнтовні детермінанти формування антикризового потенціалу економічного розвитку в інтегровано-безпечній системі функціонування сільськогосподарських підприємств. Виокремлено комплекс методів якісного та кількісного аналізу ESG-факторів з метою попередження загроз функціонування сільськогосподарських підприємств. Обґрунтовано, що кількісні методи аналізу ESG-факторів за умови невизначеності критеріїв формування оптимальної структури інвестиційно-фінансового циклу в інтегровано-безпечній системі функціонування сільськогосподарських підприємств дозволяють обрахувати граничні межі стабільного стану економічного розвитку. Наведено ознаки попередження та усунення ESG-факторів в операційно-фінансовому циклі, що послаблюють економічний розвиток та стійкий стан інтегровано-безпечної системи функціонування сільськогосподарських підприємств. На засадах математичного інструментарію обґрунтовано адаптивний підхід до діагностики ESG-факторів в антикризовому потенціалі економічного розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств та критерії їх нейтралізації. Розроблено модель якісного аналізу вартісно-орієнтовних детермінант формування антикризового потенціалу економічного розвитку в інтегровано-безпечній системі функціонування сільськогосподарських підприємств за групою методів ідентифікації ESG-факторів та їх нейтралізації при залученні ресурсів в господарську діяльність суб’єктів. Представлено методику оцінки щільності розподілу ймовірних втрат ресурсів, що призводять до критичної межі економічного розвитку та нестабільності функціонування господарської діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Запропоновано розширити можливості сільськогосподарських підприємств в новій парадигмі антикризової системи їх функціонування, з посиленням впливу на стан санаційної спроможності в умовах невизначеності та ESG-факторів, що дозволяє розподіляти наявну ресурсну складову у безперервному потоці розширеного відтворення аграрного виробництва.
