Theoretical Approaches to the Study of the Features of the Organizational and Economic Mechanism of Tourist and Recreational Potential

Abstract. Introduction. The article considers the problems of effective promotion of tourist potential in the Black Sea region, the development of organizational and economic mechanism of management and organization of tourist and recreational potential development in the current phase of economic development.

Purpose. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the regions, identify problems of its implementation, justify the means and tools for improvement by studying the features of the organizational and economic mechanism of tourist and recreational potential development in the region.

Results. The proposed and considered methods of organizational and economic mechanism can be implemented through the main levers, the essence of which is to determine the main economic indicators, which are the reference parameters in the implementation of recreational activities. For example, for the subject of recreational activity they can be the level of profit, the order of property rights acquisition, availability of resources, interest rates on loans, investment regime, for the consumer of services – the benchmark is the price, level and quality of such services.

Conclusions. Based on the results of the study of theoretical aspects of “organizational and economic mechanism” concept identified the following principles that constitute scientific novelty, namely, proposed a structural model of the organizational and economic mechanism of tourist and recreational potential of the region, this approach allows to take into account the specifics of tourist and recreational potential development in the studied region. The author’s definition of the concept “organizational and economic mechanism of tourist and recreational potential development in the region” is offered. Under what further we will understand the generalized set of tools, levers and methods of organizational and economic character influencing formation and stimulation of tourist and recreational potential development for competitive advantage and effective positioning in the region.
