Modern Education Managers Training Through the Latest Technologies
Abstract. Introduction. The article examines the problem of using the latest technologies in the structure of professional training of modern education managers. Large-scale sociocultural shifts and an inevitable change in the educational paradigm require the formation of qualitatively new features of social consciousness and practice, a new type of culture, thinking and market management. Anticipatory development of the industry on the basis of innovative thinking is important, which includes the implementation of general and personal tasks of education as a unity of traditional and innovative pedagogical development strategies. The activity of the education manager is multifunctional, multi-activity and professional, its content requires expanding pedagogical knowledge and mastering the achievements of the scientific circle, management skills, which ensures the duration of purposeful training.
Purpose. The goal is to determine the main areas of professional development of education managers of the new generation and to highlight effective modern pedagogical technologies in the process of training education managers.
Results. It was established that the result of innovative processes is the use of theoretical and practical innovations, which are also formed on the border between theory and practice. A justification is given regarding prospective and priority areas and methods of management of innovative pedagogical technologies, which have a rather positive effect on the formation of methodological competence of future managers of education, it is worth including information and communication technologies and modular and developmental training. It becomes obvious that today a specialist in the field of education management should be able to see the new and promising, to make changes in traditional forms and means of education, project its development taking into account the laws of the market economy.
Conclusions. Ukrainian society needs modern managers of an innovative type. The management education system of Ukraine faces the task of appropriate restructuring of the content and scientific and methodological support of the educational and educational process of professional training of specialists in this field, directing it to the formation of the readiness of future specialists for innovative professional activities.
