Application of Social-Psychological Methods of Collective Management
Abstract. Introduction. The article deals with modern management methods, their content, structure, and effectiveness as an important component of ensuring the effective functioning of the enterprise and achieving efficiency. The peculiarities of social-psychological methods of personnel management in Ukraine at the present stage of its development are investigated, actual problems of personnel management development are analyzed and ways of their solution are suggested.
Purpose. The paper presents an approach to forming an organizational and economic mechanism for managing the development of agrarian enterprise, aimed at creating the relationship of social and psychological management methods. Such a mechanism is considered in the context of its focus on the implementation of the mission, goals and development strategy, based on its deep integration into the external and internal environment of the enterprise.
Results. The article examines the modern experience of using progressive social and psychological methods of personnel management. The basic social and psychological methods of influence on the team are established. The features of the management of an agricultural enterprise are revealed. The classification of social and psychological methods of management is considered in the paper. The expediency of their application in personnel management is substantiated.
Conclusions. The theoretical basis of the study of management methods is deepened. The ways of supporting the motivation of workers are outlined and priority ones for the agricultural sector of the economy are identified.
