Assessment of Efficiency of Administrative Work at
Agrarian Companies in Bashtanka District
Introduction. The problem of increasing management is one of the most important task, which solution ensures a stable functioning of company and its dynamic development. In addition, administrative staff adapts company to external conditions, identifies new business development goals and ways of their achievement.
Purpose. The aim of this work is to study the effectiveness of management work at agrarian companies taking as a basis agrarian limited liability company “Svitoch” of Bashtanka district, comparing management methods and assessing their impact on employees.
Results. Investigated enterprise less efficiently uses managerial staff compared to the project. Improvement of administrative work is related to the correct use of management methods. The survey of agricultural workers in Bashtanka district was conducted for more in-depth study of methods. The responses showed that the majority of managers use economic management methods to influence the staff. Talking about the preferences of employees, 83% of respondents answered that they are motivated only by economic methods, 10% of them prefer social and economic methods because they feel that they are valued, while 7% answered that most of all they are motivated by fears of receiving comments, etc.
Conclusions. Nowadays the problem of low production efficiency at agricultural companies remains unresolved. It is necessary for managers to understand the causes of negative phenomena and trends in agriculture, in order to increase management efficiency. In addition, they should try to minimize their impact on the company’s activity, creating an effective management system.
