Preconditions to economic and social development of agricultural enterprises
Introduction. The article considers the need for the social and economic development of agricultural enterprises. The factors of the social environment of agricultural enterprises are given. The main goals, principles, and patterns of socio-economic development of agricultural enterprises are highlighted. The factors by means of which it is possible to regulate the objectively social and economic development of the agricultural enterprises are systematized.
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and generalize the main aspects of the socio-economic development of agricultural enterprises. It is noted that today, the socio-economic condition of agriculture and the agricultural sector of the economy is in critical condition, which causes the destabilization of the whole economic complex of the country. However, despite the fact that social development is a necessary element of economic development because it covers a wide range of aspects, which includes the creation of the necessary conditions for cultural development, communication, recreation and full recovery of workers.
Results. The ideas of scientists concerning the interpretation of the term “socio-economic development of agricultural enterprises” are presented. Each scientist emphasizes that socio-economic development of agricultural enterprises is a rather complicated process, which involves: financial stability, increase of production and sales, increase of economic efficiency of use of agricultural enterprises resources, comfortable and safe working conditions of personnel and its social security. The main features of the socio-economic development of agricultural enterprises are identified.
Conclusions. It is generalized that the socio-economic development of agricultural enterprises provides effective management and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises.
