Features of Financing Remedial Measures
Abstract. Introduction. The main way of improving the financial condition of domestic enterprises is through remedial activities that allow most enterprises to return to solvency and profitability, which in turn contributes to the improvement of the state financial system.
Purpose. The study of rehabilitation is needed to identify the method of covering current losses and eliminating their causes, restoring or preserving liquidity and solvency, reducing all types of debt, improving the structure of working capital and the formation of funds of financial resources required for the remedial activities of an industrial nature.
Results. The article considers the concept of “rehabilitation,” and identifies the causes of the crisis situation in the enterprise and internal and external factors of influence on the crisis of the enterprise. The essence of the classical model of rehabilitation, the types of remedial measures to the peculiarities of financing of the company reorganization and the advantages and disadvantages of reorganization in the enterprise. These methods of financing rehabilitation through the company’s and borrowed sources. For example, a particular company (PJSC “Sumykhimprom”), which is under rehabilitation, the peculiarities of remedial strategies and identified ways of funding the remedial measures and to overcome the financial crisis (own resources). Generally, despite the complexity of the remedial procedures, rehabilitation remains one of the main tools for the prevention of the bankruptcy of enterprises.
Conclusions. Despite the complexity sanatin procedures, sanitation remains one of the main tools for the prevention of insolvency of enterprises. An effective anti-crisis policy in many respects depends on the timely assessment of the financial condition to determine the likelihood of a possible bankruptcy of the enterprise. Rehabilitation is an essential part of management, which aims to exit from the crisis and renew its vitality. Subject to the timely readjustment (improvement) or restructuring, these companies can pay off debt and continue operations.
