Human Resource Management in Agricultural Enterprises in the Context of Work Motivation
Abstract. Introduction. This article addresses a critical aspect of human resource management in agricultural enterprises – employee motivation. Agriculture remains a key industry in many countries, and effective human resource management is essential to achieving high productivity and competitiveness. The article examines various facets of employee motivation in agriculture, including both financial and non-financial incentives, as well as the influence of corporate culture and the internal environment on employees. It highlights the importance of innovative approaches to employee motivation in agriculture, taking into account contemporary trends in technology, sustainable development, and market dynamics.
Purpose. The purpose of this article is to analyze and highlight the various elements of employee motivation in the agricultural sector and how these factors can improve employee performance, satisfaction, and overall productivity. It aims to provide agricultural businesses, policymakers, and stakeholders with insights into effective human resource management strategies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of the agricultural industry.
Results. The article synthesizes key findings related to employee motivation in agriculture, highlighting the multifaceted nature of motivation and its pivotal role in shaping the success of agricultural enterprises. It demonstrates the importance of aligning employee incentives with the specific demands of the agricultural sector and the importance of adapting to evolving technological and market trends.
Conclusions. In conclusion, this article underscores the importance of effective human resource management and motivation in agricultural enterprises. By comprehensively addressing the intricacies of motivating agricultural workers, organizations can enhance their productivity and competitiveness. Furthermore, it highlights the need for innovative approaches that incorporate contemporary developments and industry-specific challenges to ensure that agricultural enterprises remain successful and sustainable in a rapidly evolving landscape.
