Improvement of Personnel Management System as Condition of Enhancement of Competitiveness of the Enterprise
Abstract. Introduction. This article explores the issue of an effective human resources management system for building a competitive enterprise, as qualified personnel is a significant factor for the enterprise. And an enterprise can successfully operate in a competitive market only when it has effectively developed all systems: production, marketing, technologies, research, finance and economics. Competitive personnel can increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in the long-term aspect, and also affect the development of the competitiveness of the labor market.
Competitiveness of the personnel is an objective condition for the development of the enterprise, and it is the best form of social protection of the employee in the enterprise and in the labor market, since it provides economic (permanent and high-quality workplace, high salary) and social (the choice of work, self-confidence and future) benefits.
Purpose. The purpose of the article is the system of personnel management as a factor of competitiveness of the enterprise. Analyze the analysis of existing rights, articles and scientific papers on this topic. Identify the problems of modern HR systems.
Results. In modern conditions of the labor market, the existence of a cost-effective firm is not possible without systematic training of personnel. This applies to both ordinary employees and managers of all units. The training and qualification improvement of personnel at the enterprise will contribute to the formation of highly skilled human resources and to ensure the staffing of the organization.
Conclusions. Competitiveness of the personnel is an objective condition for the development of the enterprise. The high level of competitiveness of the staff ensures high competitiveness of the enterprise. Competitiveness becomes the best form of social protection of the worker in the enterprise and the labor market, through the provision of economic and social benefits.
Competitive worker through high-quality work and high ability to realize their own competitive advantages – satisfies the needs of the enterprise. The company, in turn, produces products that meet market needs and thus become competitive in the market of goods and services. Such enterprises ensure the filling of the state budget and the emergence of competitive goods in the foreign and domestic markets.
Thus, the effective development of management personnel contributes to the acquisition of competitive advantages by management personnel, as well as increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise, which is a condition for its viability and success in the Ukrainian goods and services market.
