Marketing Analysis of the Oil Seed and Olive Oil Market
Abstract. Introduction. It is necessary, under current conditions, that the existence of the enterprise in today’s market environment is a complex marketing issue. One of the objects of a comprehensive study of the commodity market is the market itself. The success of a marketing strategy leads to a higher demand for the product. The market for oil seeds and olives is specifically considered, and each consumer is unique and the end consumer is selected to handle the complex processes using purchasing decisions. Therefore, in order to make decisions in the market for oil seeds and fruit olives, which reaches the largest object and procurement, vignettes must be reliable marketing information.
Purpose. The purpose of marketing research is to provide a businesses with reliable information about the market, the structure and dynamics of demand, the tastes and desires of consumers. Systematic market research enables you to form an information base for effective business management. The purpose of the article is to conduct market research of the market of oil seeds and fruit olives of foreign countries, to study the structure of world export and import and to determine the prospects for Ukraine.
Results. When conducting market research on oil seed and fruit olive products of foreign countries, it should be borne in mind that the world market contains more than 200 national markets with their peculiarities, which is the basis for the development of the international diversification strategy of agribusiness development.
Conclusions. Despite the difficult financial situation in Ukraine, conditions of decline in production, reduction of retail trade, bureaucratic and corruption obstacles to doing business, the oil seed and fruit olive markets are characterized by an increase in export volumes and show positive development indicators. This market is a priority for further development and plays a leading role in shaping the country’s GDP.
