Monitoring and evaluation of economic activity to ensure economic safety of enterprises of the restaurant business
Introduction. The role and importance of restaurant business enterprises based on the analysis of statistical data is substantiated. The urgency of the issue of ensuring economic security in a changing and risky environment is determined.
Purpose. The development of monitoring and methods for analyzing economic activity to ensure the economic security of restaurant business enterprises is a research objective.
Results. The concept of “economic security of the enterprise” from the standpoint of a systematic approach has been researched. Priority objectives of economic security of enterprises of restaurant business taking into account the specifics and industry specifics are defined. The main tasks, objects of the system of ensuring the economic security of enterprises of restaurant business are formulated. Factors of the potential danger to the stability and development of restaurant business of the external and internal environment are analyzed. The need to create a monitoring system for early warning of dangerous factors in order to scan it is determined. Scheme of places and the role of monitoring and analysis of activities in the system of providing economic security of restaurant business enterprises are developed. Principles of monitoring and analysis of economic activity for ensuring economic safety of enterprises of restaurant business are summarized. Methods and techniques of monitoring and analysis of economic activity are described. The use of a matrix model for mapping links in the system when monitoring and analyzing the economic activity of restaurant business enterprises is proposed.
Conclusions. Ensuring economic safety of enterprises of restaurant business from the standpoint of development of methods of monitoring and analysis of economic activity of enterprises is investigated. Methods and techniques of monitoring and analysis of the economic activity of restaurant business enterprises are developed.
