Motor Transport Enterprise Competitiveness Management
Introduction. The article is devoted to the actual issues of a motor transport enterprise competitiveness management, since in the present situation every motor transport company faces the problem of assessing its competitiveness in order to strengthen the competitive advantages on the market and accordingly offer effective directions for their increase and find ways to manage the competitiveness of the enterprise.
Purpose of the article is to summarize approaches of enterprise’s competitiveness management, to provide theoretical substantiation and to develop recommendations for the formation of an effective motor transport enterprise competitiveness management system.
Results. Considered approaches to the definition and interpretation for notions competition and service competitiveness, formed the scheme of motor transport enterprise competitiveness management system on the basis of the system-process approach, determined the relationship of the main components of the motor transport enterprise competitiveness management system, analyzed the goals, tasks, methods, principles and functions of the competitiveness management, outlined the factors of the external and internal environment of the motor transport enterprise, which influence on the formation of a competitive potential and competitive advantages of the enterprise.
Conclusions. The formation of an integrated system of competitiveness management ensures successful operation, financial stability and development of the enterprise in the competitive environment of motor transport services, providing of competitive services, increasing of incomes and financial results of the enterprise, increasing of efficiency of economic activity and substantiation of making management decisions.
