Principles of Forming the Organizational and Economic Mechanism for the Development of Telecommunications Service Enterprises
Abstract Introduction. The telecommunications sector plays a pivotal role in global economic development, shaping the digital transformation of societies. With rapid technological advances, evolving market dynamics, and increasing consumer expectations, telecom service providers must adopt efficient organizational and economic mechanisms. The success of these companies depends on their ability to adapt to digital challenges, optimize operational processes, and remain competitive in an ever-changing environment. As such, creating an effective organizational and economic framework is essential to fostering sustainable growth and innovation.
Purpose. The primary objective of this study is to explore the principles behind the formation of an organizational and economic mechanism that can drive the development of telecommunications service enterprises. The research focuses on identifying key factors that influence the performance of these enterprises, such as technological innovation, market competition, regulatory policies, and resource management. By establishing a comprehensive theoretical framework, this study seeks to provide practical insights for improving the overall efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability of the telecommunications sector.
Results. The results of the study indicate that a successful organizational and economic mechanism must include several key components: strategic management, financial optimization, innovation-driven technological development, and regulatory alignment. The study proposes an integrated model that combines both organizational design and economic tools to improve decision-making and resource allocation. This model emphasizes the importance of adopting digital technologies, improving customer service, and fostering innovation to maintain competitive advantage. The study also highlights the role of government support and public-private partnerships in creating an enabling environment for growth and development in the telecommunications sector.
Conclusions. The organizational and economic mechanisms outlined in this study provide a structured approach to enhancing the growth potential of telecommunications service providers. By implementing an integrated organizational and economic framework, telecommunications companies can optimize operations, improve service quality, and strengthen their competitive position in the global marketplace. The results contribute to the ongoing discourse on the strategic development of the telecommunications industry and provide a basis for future research and practical application in the field of business and economic management.
