The Economic Essence of the Crisis Management Enterprise
Abstract. Introduction. The article deals with the key points that characterize crisis management as a prerequisite for increasing the efficiency of an enterprise, systematized the approach to the definition of the concept “Crisis”. Systems of crisis management in the enterprise are researched.
Purpose. The article is the disclosure of the economic essence of the crisis management enterprise. Enter the text and click the transfer button.
Results. It is noted that under a crisis state of an economic entity a set of crisis phenomena is considered, which is critical and can lead to the liquidation of the enterprise. In turn, the crisis phenomenon is understood as a deterioration of certain indicators of the enterprise, which have a negative impact on the processes of its life. Crisis phenomena in the functioning of the enterprise is a moment of exacerbation of contradictions that appear in the process of the interaction of individual elements between management and the environment. It was found that the consequence of the crisis can be both the restoration of the socio-economic system and its destruction, both the solution of accumulated contradictions and the emergence of a new crisis.
Conclusions. The concept of crisis management is defined as a system of management that is complex and aimed at predicting and preventing crisis phenomena and identifying the causes of the crisis, its type, its stages, scenarios of its development, and tools for overcoming it in order to further the most productive functioning of the subject of economic activity.
