The Principles of Innovative Human Resource Management
Abstract. Introduction. Based on the Economic changes, every enterprise, company or organization is struggle to survive in the conditions of increasing competition. Therefore, it is necessary constantly to improve your own practices or industry by forming a long-term and sustainable competitive advantages. In many business areas, especially in the industry sector as companies that are providing support services, the key aspect – is the customer perception of stuff, which is depends on the decision – making about the preference among the competitors. At the same time, in conditions of increasing a competitive struggle is considered of using the innovative competitive advantages, it means, the using of innovation systems. This type of competitive practice is considered the most well – balanced experience. The Innovation’s approach could not overlook the management of human resources as well. At present, innovative managing approaches are bringing themselves to the fore. Because the management today – is a type of administration first, which is maintaining under constant innovations. Therefore, for making the right form of an effective system of competitive advantages by the company, it has to organize its own work and human recourse management according to principles, which are impose new conditions. Today, our economists conduct quite significant research about the problems of innovative development of enterprises. There are studies about technological changes and applied innovative management. Writings of many our local and foreign scientists are addressed to the study of problems of theory and practice, based on human resource management. However, the examination of practices of innovative human resource management issues in modern performance conditions requires more and more attention.
Purpose. The purpose of study is to identify the principles of innovative human resource management for providing the competitive advantages of service providers.
Results. Based on analysis of research in the field of innovation, allowed us to highlight two conceptual interpretations of the concept of «innovation»: there are economic and social concepts. After investigating the content of social innovations, it was found that they are directly related with innovations in human resource management. From the herein above, it should be noted that the innovational improvement of the human resource managemental system of service companies, an investigation of new approaches to management, gain a great significance as a factor of the improvement of efficiency of the competitive advantage system and is an essential attribute of successful functioning. The approach to the innovation management of the development human resources of service companies can be joined up into three groups: the first one is – a motivation and staff incentive for effective innovation; the second group is – the formation of an innovative culture in companies and staff loyalty to innovation and the third group is – the formation of continuous corporate training systems. Based on done research investigation, Ukrainian service companies have also to start to pay attention to such approaches to innovative human resource management as the formation of continuous corporate training systems. As a result, the issue about modernization of corporate universities and E-learning systems is acquired a discrete role as service enterprises.
Conclusion. Among the traditional factors of achieving competitive advantages by service companies, we have outlined the importance of innovative development in the field of human resource management. An essential role in this line of work belongs to the ability and determination of HR managers of service companies and managing directors, who are trying to introduce a new and innovative methods and principles of human resource management of companies and are trying to use them as well. It is above all necessary that to get managers interested in increasing of the innovative opportunities of service companies and the willingness of employees to innovate the whole approach to the system of management.
