Theoretical and Methodological Aspects of Strategic Development of Agricultural Business
Abstract. Introduction. The growing complexity of the external environment of the agricultural sector and the need for its systematic analysis We emphasize that strategic management is a necessary tool for adapting agricultural enterprises to changing market conditions, which ensures the harmonization of the internal potential of enterprises with the requirements of the external environment.
Purpose. The purpose of the study is to improve the theoretical and methodological approaches to strategic management of the development of agricultural enterprises in the context of a multi-level system of economic development.
Results. The study proves that the strategic management of agricultural enterprises is a multilevel process that covers the strategic, tactical and operational levels. The modern approaches to management based on flexibility, adaptability and systematic analysis of the external and internal environment are allocated. The emphasis is placed on the need to harmonize development strategies at the macro, meso and micro levels. It is determined that effective strategic management involves taking into account human capital, behavioral factors and potential risks, which allows enterprises to adapt to dynamic market changes and maintain competitiveness.
Conclusions. Thus, the strategic management of agricultural enterprises is a key factor in their sustainability and competitiveness in a dynamic external environment. It ensures timely identification of problems, efficient mobilization of resources and adaptation to changes. Flexibility of management decisions, a clear structure of actions and integration with national strategic priorities allow agricultural enterprises to achieve sustainable development and realize long-term goals.
