Theoretical basics of management in the bodies and subdivisions of civil protection
Annotation. Introduction. The paper focuses on the theoretical principles of management, in particular theoretically substantiated that one of the main factors is the sequence of stages of development and the adoption of managerial decisions. The problem of organizing a new type of management in The State Emergency Service of Ukraine is researched, and two tasks are considered: the choice of possible solutions and the choice of the best ones
Purpose. The aim of the work is: to show the importance of modern approaches to management in the bodies and departments of the civil protection of Ukraine; to consider the issue of creating a modern type of control apparatus that can apply modern innovative management technologies; to study knowledge of management as a process of activity of civil protection bodies. Reveal the role of Manager as the head of the intellectual elite of the company.
Results. During the study it was found that the management in the field of civil protection is a scientific system of management and organization of official activities, where the Manager (leader) must be fully developed personality, which should have a deep theoretical knowledge, because having such a base, someone can safely implement it in practice. Such a Manager (leader) will perform his / her work professionally, understand and improve the management process.
Conclusions. Consequently, management in bodies and divisions of civil protection of Ukraine is a statutory process of social welfare bodies activity established by the legislation, which is used for consideration and solution of tasks of management of subordinate forces in preparation for their use for its intended purpose, in response to emergency situations and in daily activities, to perform certain tasks. Also, management teaches how to properly use techniques, methods, and ways of solving certain managerial tasks, to succeed in a particular situation, which is very important for a true leader in the field of civil protection.
