Модернізація механізму стратегічного управління змінами в системі зміцнення фінансово-економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств

Анотація. У статті обґрунтовано теоретико-методичні засади ризик-орієнтованої модернізації організаційно-економічного механізму стратегічного управління змінами в системі зміцнення фінансово-економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств. Запропоновано авторське трактування організаційно-економічного механізму стратегічного управління змінами як інтегрованої динамічної системи, орієнтованої на підтримання допустимого рівня ризику, зниження фінансово-економічної вразливості та забезпечення стійкого розвитку підприємства. Обґрунтовано доцільність інтеграції ризик-менеджменту в усі етапи управлінського циклу та переходу від реактивного до превентивного управління. Розроблено систему ризик-тригерів як інструмент раннього виявлення критичних відхилень та своєчасного коригування стратегічних рішень. Запропоновано диференціювати стратегічні рішення залежно від рівня фінансово-економічної безпеки, допустимого ризику та ресурсного потенціалу підприємства, а також застосовувати сценарно-адаптивну модель, що передбачає базовий, адаптаційний, стресовий і кризовий сценарії. Визначено засади ризик-орієнтованого ресурсного забезпечення стратегічних змін із розмежуванням операційної, безпеково-резервної та стратегічно-інвестиційної складових.
