Innovative Activity as a Key Factor of the Development of Industry in Ukraine
Introduction. Industry is a leading industry of the economy of Ukraine, which has a strong material and technical base. Therefore, research into the state of innovation activity in industrial enterprises of Ukraine is relevant.
Purpose. The main purpose is the research and analysis of the innovative activity of the industrial enterprises of Ukraine with identification of the problems of their innovative development.
Results. InarticleanalyzedmainindicatorsofinnovativeactivityofindustryofUkraine. Shown allocation volume financing of innovative activity in the industry of Ukraine by sources, in result what was discovered, which is the largest share in the financing of innovation occupy own funds of enterprises. Investigated volume and share of expenditures of Ukrainian industrial enterprises in the areas of innovation activity and as a result found that the largest part in general volume costs in the areas of innovation activity of national industrial enterprises is engaged in the purchase of machinery, equipment and software. Shown structure machine-building enterprises by types of economic activities that have introduced innovations, the largest share is occupied by the enterprises of the engineering industry, namely production of electrical, electronic and optical equipment, production of vehicles and equipment, repair and installation of machinery and equipment.
Conclusions. So improper the level of innovation activity in the national industry and the low level of innovation activity of Ukrainian industrial enterprises has systemic nature and is determined mainly by the general principles of organization of socio-economic activity of Ukraine. One of the most important strategic goals, which modern conditions have put before our state, is the search for opportunities to take action to enhance the development of scientific, technical and innovative potential, to accelerate technological development of national industry, thereby increasing its competitiveness and innovation.
