Project Management Features in the Innovative Development Processes of Competitive Industrial Enterprise
Abstract. Introduction. The works of many Ukrainian and foreign scientists is devoted to the issues of innovative development and approaches to managing the processes of its implementation. However, there is no single approach to assessing the efficiency of industrial enterprise innovation management in the face of volatile economic and political conditions in the country.
Purpose. The article reveals the theoretical bases of project management and innovation activities, approaches to the management of innovation activity in an industrial enterprise in order to increase its competitiveness and efficiency of the innovative technologies implementation. Approaches to assessing the level of innovative development are analyzed.
Results. It is suggested to evaluate the expediency of launching innovative programs of the enterprise taking into account the condition of its development. There are four basic indicators for determining the condition of enterprise development. The summary table illustrates how each of the indicators influences the identification of the condition of development. Particular attention is paid to the process of determining the value of the innovation indicator, in particular by assessing the levels of availability of intellectual property and human potential.
Conclusions. The authors concluded that the most appropriate tool for managing innovation activity would be to manage the innovation development program for a competitive industrial enterprise. This will allow the rational use of all available resources to achieve a higher level of efficiency from the implementation of innovative projects. However, further research is needed on the impact of the risk factor on the enterprise innovation development program and the screening tools for innovative projects proposed for inclusion in the program, taking into account the enterprise value system and the level of risk impact. It is also necessary to develop a software product that would use mathematical modeling to evaluate the feasibility of launching an innovative development program, taking into account the state of enterprise development.
