Features of the Enterprise Professional Personnel Training Organization
Introduction. The work is devoted to the features of the professional training organization and development of personnel.
Purpose. Research of the enterprise professional personnel training organization features was held. Analysis of the results impact of its implementation on improving the competitiveness and intensification of labor activity of the staff was done.
Results. The concept of the professional personnel training, its main directions, types and methods are considered. It is revealed that vocational training can take place directly in the workplace (coaching, mentoring, apprenticeship, rotation) or outside the workplace (lectures, seminars, trainings, discussions, business games, self-education). Direct interaction with daily work is typical for the training of personnel in the workplace. Off-the-job training includes all types of off-site training.
It is determined that the involvement of personnel in vocational training will be more effective if a personal incentive program, personnel development programs will be developed, work will be carried out with a reserve for senior positions and so on. The role of professional training in improving the competitiveness of the enterprise and the labor potential of each employee is studied. It was identified the benefits that will receive both staff and the company from vocational training. The basic rules to be followed in developing effective professional training are presented.
It was determined that important requirements for effective professional training of personnel are: expanding sources of funding, developing a certification system for training, Employers’ desire to improve the professional level of workers, increase employee interest through developing an effective system of motivation and incentives, and constantly improving the organization of training.
Conclusions. Professional training of personnel plays a very important role in achieving the strategic goals of an enterprise and is the most important means of increasing the labor potential of each employee, which means that without timely training, it is almost impossible to carry out any organizational changes in an enterprise.
