Formation of a Management System for the Production of Plant Products of Enterprises of the Agrarian Sector of the Economy

Abstract. Introduction. Effective management of agricultural production is a key factor in the successful development of the agrarian sector of the economy. Modern agricultural enterprises face numerous challenges, such as growing competition, changes in climatic conditions, technological innovations and product quality requirements. However, many of them have problems in production management, which limits their ability to achieve high results and competitiveness. The main problems that affect the efficiency of agricultural production management include: insufficient use of modern technologies and innovations in production and management, low level of integration of information systems and automation of processes, lack of an effective system of monitoring and control of product quality, instability of market conditions and changes in legislation , insufficient funding and investment in infrastructure and technology development, military conflict and its consequences (destruction of infrastructure and loss of manpower). To overcome these problems, effective management systems for the production of agricultural products are needed, which will allow to increase productivity, reduce costs and ensure the stable development of agricultural enterprises. The solution of these tasks is of great importance for scientific research and practical activities in the agricultural sector of the economy of Ukraine.

Purpose. The purpose of the study is to consider the problems affecting the efficiency of plant production management at agricultural enterprises and to develop recommendations for the formation of an effective management system aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs and ensuring the stable development of these enterprises.

Results. The authors have developed their own model of the crop production management system for agricultural enterprises, including farms, which consists of six subsystems. They include technical, technological, economic, subsystem of general management, information and software and human resources. The influence of macro-environmental factors, such as changes in the economy, legislation, climate changes and micro-environments of the agricultural enterprise (suppliers, buyers, stakeholders) on the management of crop production is determined.

Conclusions. The general conclusions emphasize the need for further research and implementation of new approaches to crop production management to ensure sustainable development of the agrarian economy.
