Change Management in the System of Implementing Enterprise Innovation Strategies
Abstract. Introduction. The implementation of innovations is accompanied by the transformation of organizational structures, functional processes, corporate culture, and communication systems, which requires the application of scientifically grounded change management tools.
Purpose. of the article is to provide a theoretical justification of the features of change management within the system of implementing innovative strategies of an enterprise, as well as to develop methodological recommendations for integrating mechanisms of innovation management and change management to enhance the effectiveness of strategic development. The research methodology is based on systemic, process, and institutional approaches to analyzing managerial processes. The theoretical foundation of the study comprises the works of domestic and foreign scholars in innovation, strategic, and change management. This article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of change management within an enterprise’s innovative strategy implementation system. The article substantiates that the effectiveness of innovation processes largely depends on an enterprise’s ability to adapt to a dynamic market environment, implement organizational, technological, and managerial changes, and develop flexible mechanisms to respond to internal and external challenges. Change management is revealed to be an essential element of strategic management, ensuring the alignment of innovation goals with a company’s resources, human capital, and information.
Results. The main models, approaches, and tools of change management are analyzed, along with how adaptable they are to modern, innovative developments. The analysis reveals a lack of modern, comprehensive approaches to creating an effective change management system that aligns a company’s strategic goals with its innovation priorities and ensures their implementation.
Conclusions. According to the study’s results, the author developed recommendations for integrating innovation and change management mechanisms to improve strategic development effectiveness.
