Anti-Crisis Management of Hotel and Restaurant Enterprises in an Unstable Market Environment
Abstract. Introduction. The hotel and restaurant industry operates in conditions of high sensitivity to economic, social and political instability.
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate theoretical and methodological foundations and develop practical recommendations for anti-crisis management of hotel and restaurant enterprises in an unstable market environment.
Results. The essence and specific features of anti-crisis management in the hospitality sector are determined. A comprehensive system of measures aimed at preventing crisis phenomena and restoring financial stability is proposed, including cost optimization, financial restructuring, revenue management, digital transformation, diversification of services and risk management tools. A structural model of anti-crisis management is developed, based on diagnostics, strategy formation, implementation of operational measures and monitoring of performance indicators.
Conclusions. Effective anti-crisis management ensures adaptability, financial sustainability and long-term competitiveness of hotel and restaurant enterprises in turbulent market conditions.
