INSTITUTIONS OF STATE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR SMALL BUSINESS
Competitive environment formation, acceleration of scientific and technological progress, increase of employment level, formation of middle class in conditions of economic instability are possible due to implementation of the balanced state financial support for small business. The purpose of the study is to determine the value orientations of the institutional modernization of the state financial support for domestic small business in the conditions of intensification of Ukraine’s integration into the international area.
The institutional aspect of state financial support for small business involves the formation and development of institutions that promote self-employment and the growth of its share in the gross domestic product. Institutions of state support for small businesses influence the country’s social and economic development through budgetary, tax, credit and investment instruments that make up a single system.
